As a USATF Certified Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Two Time NJCAA All American (400 Hurdles and 4x100 meter relay), I know what it takes to achieve at a high level and the importance of a strong support system, a coach that challenges you, and accountability to stay focused and moving toward your goals. I have been privately coaching track in NYC for over 10 years, including 2 years at The Brearley School on the UES. I am passionate about athletes achieving their goals and becoming better people through sport.

  • Membership is $600 per month (# of months varies based on season)
  • Payments can be made in monthly installments or in full upfront
  • If the full season payment is made up front, fee is reduced by $100
  • Uniforms, USATF/AAU club membership, and travel costs/meet entry fees are separate

Training Schedule & locations

Doodle Minimalist Line

Wednesdays - The great lawn

We meet at the benches on the right side of the basketball courts just to the northeast of the actual Great Lawn.

Practice is 4-5:30pm (or sunset, whichever is earliest) on Wednesdays from September 9th through December 9th.

There is no practice on November 22nd.

Saturdays - Astoria Park Track

We will meet on the north side of the track at the white benches across from the parking lot. There is plenty of free parking.

Practice is 1:30-3:00pm on Saturdays from September 9th through December 9th.

There is no practice on October 28th and November 25th.
